Illustrator for many fantasy games etc, Todd Lockwood has grabbed the only place on top of my "Best Dragon-artist" mountain.
His dragons are absolutely amazing in body, color and even character.
Yeah I use the word character since in his pics you clearly see or even feel the character of the dragon.
